House Church & Baptisms
Our Oceanside house church has been overflowing with joy this past month! We celebrated two baptisms! Even though we bought a huge horse trough for baptisms, we hardly use it because we got the ocean one block away! It’s incredibly powerful to witness these young men count the cost and go “all in” for Jesus, dedicating their lives to following Him wholeheartedly. We aimed to help identify these spiritual roadblocks and, in the name and power of Jesus, overcome them so that we can live in fuller freedom and intimacy with Him. Costa Rica & Honduras
We’re gearing up for our trip to Costa Rica from July 17-28! We’ll be offering completely free leadership seminars and marriage conferences to some amazing pastors, as well as doing a ton of street evangelism, and even some surf/beach ministry! We’re incredibly excited and can’t wait to share testimonies of all the Lord will do. Your prayers are deeply appreciated!
And there’s more exciting news: We’re heading to Honduras in September! This will be CANOPI’s first time there, and we’re thrilled to meet the church and help support the wonderful pastors in Comayagua. To learn more about CANOPI and get involved, click here.
Last But Not Least!
We have some BIG NEWS: we’re moving to TEXAS! After Sarah’s professional volleyball season in San Diego, we prayed and fasted about her next step. Three days later, the head coach at TCU reached out and offered her the Beach Volleyball assistant coaching position! We flew out to tour the campus, submitted the opportunity to our church for prayer, and after experiencing incredible peace, we accepted! We’ll be moving to Fort Worth, Texas, in August.
The Lord has put college and sports ministry on our hearts, and we are so excited to see what doors God opens! We will absolutely continue with NewSong, planting house churches and making disciples, as well as with CANOPI and our Central American ministry.
For those curious about the church in Oceanside, we are still investing all we have into building it up and establishing leaders to continue the beautiful work God started here. Would you partner with us in prayer that the Lord continues to send us harvest workers to multiply as we leave?
